Sliced down by his party member who rolled a natural 1 when throwing her sword in frustration at a retreating dragon; cleric unconscious.

Obituary:

Patrick was not the brightest dwarf, but he was a proud postman. Having grown up on the streets he relied on his untamed trust of others and his surprising speed for a man of his weight; as well as surprisingly thick glasses. 

After his passing the party then opened the package his father had given him on his deathbed. After being resurrected and seeing this he shortly had a heart attack and died again. 

His letters undelivered, his clothes stolen, his final resting place is in the ditch the chaotic-neutral rogue threw him in. May he continue to make deliveries for the gods.
