Died from his wounds while defending his city from the maniacal Black Dragon Garthyniir.

Obituary:

Aldor Varduul, mostly known as Stonewall to those who knew him, was a bastard son of a Sand Giant and a captive townswoman. Standing nearly 9' tall and wearing enchanted platemail and using a dungeon door as a tower shield, he was a visage of protection. While his mother died in childbirth, she entrusted Aldor to the Church of Kord, the God of Valor. It was here Aldor became a War Cleric, a towering wall of steel and fury on the battlefield. While on a mission in the Southern Sands he was captured and improsioned by his proclaimed father, a tribe leader of a band of Sand Giants. Using the strength of Kord himself, Aldor ripped the 9' dungeon door imprisoning him from the wall and beat his father to death with it. Having killed the tribe leader in combat, Aldor was proclaimed Ruler of the Dunes by the Giants. Taking the name Stonewall, he ushered in a time of prosperity, turning the small tribe into a city in the Sands, exporting gems from his mines and preaching the Word of Kord. However, where there is treasure, a Wyrm is not far behind. The Black Dragon Garthyniir, a Scourge of the Living, descended upon Stonewall's city, annihilating all in his path. Stonewall, with the help of his alies, fought back against the Wyrm. When Garthyniir struck a mighty blow against the War Cleric, Stonewall called upon Kord for aid. Becoming a Divine Warrior through Godly intervention, Stonewall single handidly slew the dragon. However, when the battle ended, Stonewall's wounds were plenty and his life was waining. Having promised himself to Kord in favor of protecting his people, Stonewall ascended to the Fields of Valor, becoming a Patron of Kord in his endless war on tyrany.
