Shot by a undeath goblin cultist while battling the goblin necromancer Graveday.

Obituary:

Raised by her loving mother Sanria in the small elvish community of Lithlad, Lily was a vivacious and adventurous young girl.  Being half-human, Lily knew her life would be cut tragically short, with her unlikely to live beyond a scarce 180 years.  She therefore resolved to get the most out of every day, and never to waste what little time she would get.

A fan of the heroes and heroines in songs, stories, and poems she devoured as a youngster, Lily set out to become a famous bard, commencing her bardic training at The Branchala Institute.  Though she would not live on to see the 700-odd years of her full-elf cousins, Lily sought immortality through legend.

While taking a research sabbatical, she fell in with a rag-tag group of adventurers and got caught up battling the necromantic forces that had overtaken the recently abandoned black dragon's mound.  It was here that Lily fell during the great battle that eventually destroyed the evil cult.

Lily's memory will live on in the hearts of her family, her comrades, the local townsfolk, and in all those who hear the songs of her adventures.
