He lived a long life, for a bird man, and lived out his final days in retirement.  He will be missed.

Obituary:

Geoffry was born human, and lived with his wife, Lilliana, in the city of Heldrast before it was wasted by a plague of epic proportions.  Devastated by the death of Lilliana during the plague, he escaped Heldrast and traveled with his savior Check Mate, paladin of The Red Knight, healing the weak and needy as he saw fit.  In a wild mishap, after a few months of questing Geoffry was turned into an Aaracokra.  After many years of adventuring after becoming a bird man, he retired in a small town a few miles from the ruins if Heldrast and passed away in his sleep, while the adventurers he once traveled with fought Tharizdun on the other side if the world.
