Obituary:

Balen had an affinity for gemstones of all shapes and sizes.  He would regularly request peoples share of wealth and seem disgruntled when they wouldn't give up their hard earned money.  He adored the tales of old dragons past, sitting atop their hordes of wealth and wanted to one day become like them.
