Was smashed out of the air when she thought fireballs were longer range than a fire giant's boulders.

Obituary:

A cocky little necromancer, made few friends in her short life. Interests included: being invisible, raising an undead army, riding on the barbarians shoulders and arguing with her employer.

When flying over a hobgoblin army led by a fire giant she thought it would be hilarious to fireball them a bit. The giant threw a rock back at her, knocking her immediately unconscious and thus preventing her from featherfalling. Did kill a troll on impact after a 300 foot drop.
